It's highly informative . I enjoyed listening to it beside s reading the book, "Wheat Belly". Also, I was able to share this podcast with my extended family in Lebanon. They were amazed. Some of them stopped eating wheat and they have lost several pounds (around 10 pounds in a month). Hope you can continue this fantastic program! Well done.

Re: Steve Pulcinella

PLEASE upload this podcast Ermal! However I think the best way to start is raw you need that strong raw base before you get into gear. Not everyone does that though.
I just started getting into gear and I think it is so much fun. I think people should just do what they love. You wanna be strong raw by all means be strong you wanna get in gear and kill it do it.

you guys have great points. Love it.

Re: Robert Wilkerson

thank you!!!!!

Re: Catching up with the ambassador of EliteFTS, Dave Tate

...and powerlifting at the Olympics? I've been an elitefts devotee since '04 and want to thank you for elevating the sport of powerlifting! My questions: after doing DE squats, would you ever see a reason to work up to a heavy single or double without the box, but keeping the bands and/or chains on the bar (i.e for a raw or single-ply squatter)?

thanks!

Re: Robert Wilkerson

boy i sure wish i could listen to just big its only been 6 weeks or so

Re: Dan Green

Starting to wonder if anybody even reads these.
